Syncing Contacts Via an Integration

Now that your account integration is set up let's configure a sync job in your Giftogram account

These instructions only apply to integrations that have already been authenticated. If you have not authenticated your integration, follow the instructions on this page. If you would like to request a new integration, please contact a member of our team

Step-by-step instructions:

1. To get started, head to your dashboard and select Recipients > Import > Integration Synch:

 

2. Next, click "Create Sync Job" if you have not yet created the job:


3. Name the sync job and select the integration you would like to use:

4. Once created, select "configure" to begin adding fields. 

5. Next, click "Add Filter" to select the fields you want to sync. You may also leave the filed blank to import all the available filters.

6. Once completed, click "get sample data" to see how your fields will appear and begin mapping the data. 

7. Select the column headings for your data that match each column.

8. Once everything looks good, select "save configuration," and your sync job is ready. 

Note: Syncs are performed daily, and you will be notified via email if there are any updates.
