How to manage your account notifications

Stay on top of your account activity by customizing which notifications you'd like to receive via email.

How to find your account notifications

  1. Click on your profile icon or name in the top right corner.

  2. Select Settings & Preferences from the dropdown.

  3. In the left-hand sidebar, choose Notifications under Profile & Preferences.

Customizing your notifications

On the Notification Settings page, you'll see several toggles that allow you to manage which email notifications you receive:

Note: Critical account notifications will always be emailed and cannot be turned off.

  • All Notifications
    Turn this ON to receive all available email notifications. Turning it OFF allows you to manage the categories below individually.

  • Payments and Balance Transfers
    Receive alerts about saved payment methods and transfers between users.

  • Low Balance Warning
    Get notified when your account balance falls below a specific threshold. Click Change Threshold to set the amount where you'd like to be notified.

  • Recipients and Groups
    Be informed when changes are made to your recipient database.

  • Orders
    Get email updates about pending and outgoing orders and recipient reactions.

  • Reporting
    Receive notifications when reports you've generated are ready.
