Step By Step Instructions:
Click Create and Send from the upper navigation. Select the campaign for your send and choose a Giftogram design.
Select Physical from the card delivery options and choose a denomination, quantity, and whether or not you would like to include matching greeting cards.
Select "Customize Giftogram" to add your logo or a personalized message to the inside of your greeting card.
Add the items to your cart and continue to check out.
Note: You can mix and match your order if you like! Gift cards can be in different denominations, currencies, and designs in a single order.
Shipping Fees & Delivery Times
Ground shipping: Ground shipping is $7.95. We offer free ground shipping for orders over $500.
Two-Day: Two-day shipping is $24.95
Next-Day: Next-Day shipping is $39.95
Note:
Regardless of the shipping method you choose, physical gift card orders require a processing time of 1-3 business days.
We only support shipping physical orders to U.S. addresses via our website. Please contact customer support to place an order with delivery outside the U.S.
You will be notified when your cards have been shipped. The shipping notification will provide tracking information so you can monitor your order from when it ships until it arrives at its intended destination.
