What is a standard campaign?
Standard Campaigns lets you preselect frequently used attributes for efficiency or limit settings for your invited users. It is also an easy way to enhance reporting and track spending across different programs. Looking to automate your gifting? Learn more about Smart Campaigns here
How to create a standard campaign
From the Manage Campaigns section of your account, select Create Campaign at the top right of the page. Next, select Standard Campaign to begin applying your settings to your new campaign.
After you name your new campaign, you can begin building it by selecting each of the following campaign details:
Distribution Type
Limit the delivery method of your gifts to Email, SMS, Physical, or any combination of the three.
Recipients
Select to allow users to send to any valid email or mobile number, or choose to Limit Recipients and limit your campaign to any of your saved Recipient Groups.
Catalog and Denomination
Select All Catalogs to quickly apply all of your available currencies and catalogs to the campaign, or select Limit Catalogs to apply specific catalogs to your campaign.
Note:
To add a catalog to your account, please contact Customer Support. Any combination of our gift cards can be included in a catalog and added to your account.
If you do not see the currency you need, make sure that it is activated in your account Admin Settings.
Denominations
All Denominations will allow users to pick from any amount from $5 to $500. Selecting Limit Denominations will allow you to limit your campaign either by denomination range or by selecting specific denominations.
Designs
Selecting All Designs allows users to select from any designs available through the team's settings. Selecting Limit Designs lets you choose which designs to use in this campaign. You can select multiple designs or even entire categories.
Brand Kit
Brand Kits allow you to customize the logo and colors for your gift emails and store your different sender names and messages. Learn how to create Brand Kits
Sender Names
You have two options for how sender names are handled at checkout:
All Sender Names (most flexible): Users can select any sender name from your brand kit—or enter a custom one—during checkout.
Set a Single Sender Name: Set a single sender name for all gifts to keep messaging consistent and on-brand. With this option, users will not be able to change the sender name at checkout.
Giftogram Message
Select All Messages to allow users to select from any saved messages in your Brand Kit or enter their own message at checkout. To limit the campaign to a single message, select Set a Single Message, and choose one of your saved messages or create a new message for this campaign.
Reactions
Choose if your recipients can send reactions to the gifts sent through your campaign. Select Choose at Checkout to reserve the option to add reactions for each order placed through your campaign. Click here to learn more about Recipient Reactions
Shipping
Limited address restricts your campaigns, so physical orders can only ship to saved addresses. All Addresses will allow users to ship to any saved address or enter one at checkout.
Require Admin Approval
If selected, gifts will be added to a queue for team admin approval before sending. By default, admin approval is not enabled.
One-Time Gifting
Enabling One-Time Gifting prevents recipients from receiving more than one gift through the campaign.
