Updating one of your Giftogram campaigns to send via SMS is quick and easy!
How to enable SMS for an existing campaign
On the top menu bar, expand Manage and select Campaigns.
Next, choose the campaign that you would like to update.
On the top left of the page, select Edit.
Under the Campaign Details, click Distribution Type and select SMS.
Select Update Campaign to save your changes before leaving the page.
How to send via SMS
Now that SMS has been enabled in your campaign, you are ready to text gifts to your recipients!
Begin by going to the Create & Send page.
Ensure you have selected the correct campaign in the dropdown at the top of the page, and then select your card design.
On the details page, ensure that Digital is selected before choosing your currency, catalog, and denomination. When you're ready, select Continue to Recipients.
On the Recipients step at checkout, you'll now be able to enter a mobile number. If you have both email and SMS enabled for your campaign, you can add recipients with either an email address or phone number in the same order!
