How to order prepaid cards

Learn how to order digital or physical prepaid cards through your Giftogram account.

Step 1: Start a prepaid card order

Log in to your Giftogram account and select More from the top navigation, then choose Order Prepaid Cards.

Don't see "Order Prepaid Cards"?

Your account administrator may need to enable prepaid cards for your account.

To enable prepaid cards, visit this article before proceeding.

Step 2: Choose a delivery method

Select whether you'd like to send digital prepaid cards or order physical prepaid cards.

Note: Giftogram prepaid cards are available in U.S. Dollars (USD) only.

Step 3: Configure your order

Digital prepaid cards

  • Add recipients individually, select an existing group, or upload a recipient list.

  • Personalize your message.

  • Choose when you'd like your cards delivered.

  • Complete checkout.

Physical prepaid cards

  • Select your card denomination.

  • Choose the card design or printed phrase.

  • Enter your order quantity (minimum order: 10 cards).

  • Complete checkout by selecting your payment method and shipping speed.

Step 4: Unlock physical cards

For security, physical prepaid cards are delivered in a locked state.

Once your shipment arrives, the person who placed the order must unlock the cards before distributing them.

To unlock your cards:

  1. Log in to your Giftogram account.

  2. Go to OrdersOrder HistoryPhysical Orders.

  3. Open your order.

  4. Select Unlock All when you're ready to distribute the cards.

Processing and shipping

Physical prepaid card orders require 4 business days for processing before they ship.

Note: Physical prepaid cards can currently be shipped only to U.S. addresses through the Giftogram website. To ship cards outside the U.S., please contact Customer Support.
