How to enable prepaid card products in your Giftogram account

If prepaid card products are not currently enabled on your account, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Enable Prepaid Cards

  1. Navigate to Settings & Preferences → Admin Settings.

  2. Open Cash Product Settings.

  3. Enable Allow prepaid cards and cash products.

Once enabled, the Prepaid Cards catalog will be added to your account.

Step 2: Add Prepaid Cards to Your Available Catalogs (for Limited Catalogs Only)

If your account uses Limited Catalogs, you'll need to make the new prepaid card catalogs available. If your account already uses All Catalogs, you can skip this step.

  1. Go to Settings & Preferences → Manage Catalogs.

  2. If Limited Catalogs is selected, expand the US Dollar section.

  3. Enable the Prepaid Cards catalog(s) you want your users to access.

  4. Save your changes.


Step 3: Update Campaign Catalogs (Limited Catalog Campaigns Only)

If your campaigns use Limited Catalogs, you'll need to update them separately; otherwise, you can skip this step.

  1. Navigate to More → Manage Campaigns.

  2. Edit the campaign you want to update.

  3. Enable the Prepaid Cards catalog(s) you want recipients to have access to.

  4. Save your changes.
