What are catalogs?
Catalogs are collections of gift cards available for your recipients to choose from. By default, your account will come with our All Retailers and All Restaurants catalogs.
Any combination of the gift cards we offer can be made available upon request. If you'd like a custom catalog added to your account, simply contact your account manager or contact customer support.
How to manage your campaign's catalogs
Navigate to the campaigns page by clicking Campaigns on the top menu bar.
Select the campaign you'd like to edit.
Click Edit on the left side panel of your campaign details.
Expand the currency your catalog belongs to, and select or deselect as needed.
Continue through the rest of your campaign settings and click Update Campaign.
How to use catalogs
Begin by going to the Create & Send page.
Ensure you have selected the correct campaign in the dropdown at the top of the page, and then select your card design.
On the details page, under the currency dropdown, click Change next to the catalog.
Select a catalog from the dropdown, and click Change Catalog.
Continue to checkout as usual.
