Add additional catalogs to your account for themed gifting

You must have Super Admin permissions to activate catalogs in your account.

Adding a new catalog to your account is a quick two-step process: activating the catalog in your account and adding it to a campaign.

How to activate catalogs in your account

  • Use the settings wheel on the top menu to access your account settings, and then select Admin Settings from the left side menu.

  • Under Currency Settings, expand the currency you need, and select the catalog you'd like to activate in your account.

  • At the bottom of the page, select Save Changes to update your account settings.

How to add a new catalog to your campaign

  • Navigate to the campaigns page by clicking Campaigns on the top menu bar.

  • Select the campaign you'd like to add a catalog to.

  • Click Edit on the left side panel of your campaign details.

  • Expand the currency and select the catalog to add to your campaign.

  • Continue through the rest of your campaign settings and click Update Campaign.

How to use your new catalog

Now that your catalog has been activated and added to your campaign, you are ready to send your gifts!

  • Begin by going to the Create & Send page.

  • Ensure you have selected the correct campaign in the dropdown at the top of the page, and then select your card design.

  • On the details page, use the currency dropdown to select the currency for your gift.

  • Select the blue Change button to select your new catalog.

  • Continue to checkout as usual.
