Filtering and exporting your digital order history

How to filter and export your digital order history

  • You can access your digital order history by clicking the Orders drop-down menu at the top of the page, expanding Order History, and then selecting Digital Order History.

  • At the top of your order history page, you can filter by date or expand More Filters to find all available filters for your order history.

    • Filter By Date

    • Filter by Ordered By

    • Filter by Campaign

    • Filter by Team

    • Filter by Currency

    • Filter by Order Status

  • With your filters applied, select Export on the top right of the page.

  • Your export will be available for download in the Exports section of your account.

Note:

  • Giftogram orders are organized by transaction on the digital order history page. When your history is exported to a CSV, orders will be organized by individual emails.

  • Exported order history will include all available recipient properties, gift details, and sender info.
