You can resend both bounced and delivered Giftograms through your account within 120 days of the original order date. Resends can be sent to the same email address as the first attempt or updated to a new address. There's no extra fee for resending gifts.
Note: You cannot resend gifts in a different currency than the one they were originally delivered in. If you need to change the currency of a delivered gift, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
How to resend a digital Giftogram
You can access your digital order history by clicking the Orders drop-down menu at the top of the page, expanding Order History, and then selecting Digital Order History.
Find the order you need to resend and then open its details by clicking the order number.
Search for or find the recipient whose gift you'd like to resend, and use the options button to the right of their gift's status to find the Resend option.
You will then have the option to update the email address or resend to the original address.
Note:
Your re-sent gift will appear as a new line within the order. To check the status of your resend, you will need to go back to the order details and search for the recipient again.
Bounced gifts can only be resent once.
