There are two ways to receive Giftograms internationally. Recipients can convert their reward catalog to their local currency at the time of redemption, or rewards can be delivered in the recipient's local currency.
Converting rewards at redemption
If you do not know where your recipients are located, you can issue all your gifts in a single currency. When they access our site from outside the designated region, each recipient will be prompted to convert their funds.
Note: Giftogram's can only be converted to other currencies when using the All Retails catalog.
Delivery in the local currency
For recipients to receive their Giftogram in the correct currency, you will need to know where they are located and select the appropriate currency before going to checkout. This option provides the best experience for your recipients since the currency conversion is handled at the point of purchase and when your recipient goes to redeem. This also ensures that they will receive whole values instead of odd amounts that could result from the currency conversion.
