Updating your account's currency settings

Add additional currencies to your account for international gifting.

By default, Giftograms can be converted at the point of redemption to any currency. If you'd like to deliver your gifts in the local currency for your recipient, you may need to update your account's currency settings. Check out this article to learn more about how Giftogram's are redeemed internationally.

You must have Super Admin permissions to activate currencies in your account.

Sending gifts in a new currency is a quick two-step process: activating the currency in your account and adding it to a campaign.

How to activate currencies in your account

  • Use the settings wheel on the top menu to access your account settings, and then select Admin Settings from the left side menu.

  • Under Currency Settings select any currency you'd like to activate in your account.

  • At the bottom of the page, select Save Changes to update your account settings.

How to add new currencies to your campaign

  • Navigate to the campaigns page by clicking Campaigns on the top menu bar.

  • Select the campaign you'd like to add a new currency to.

  • Click Edit on the left side panel of your campaign details.

  • Select the currencies you'd like to add to your campaign.

  • Continue through the rest of your campaign settings and click Update Campaign.

How to use your new currencies

Now that your currencies have been activated and added to your campaign, you are ready to send gifts in your new currency!

  • Begin by going to the Create & Send page.

  • Ensure you have selected the correct campaign in the dropdown at the top of the page, and then select your card design.

  • On the details page, use the currency dropdown to select the currency for your gift.

  • Continue to checkout as usual.
