Understanding admin settings

Set restrictions or permissions for all users in your Giftogram account.

What are admin settings?

Admin settings are global account settings that affect every user in your Giftogram account. They are only accessible by an account Super Admin.

Billing

Only allow checkout with deposited funds: This will prevent all users from being able to use a credit card at checkout.

Currency Settings

Note: To add a catalog to your account, please contact Customer Support. Any combination of our gift cards can be included in a catalog and added to your account.

  • Default Currency: This is the currency that will be used when creating campaigns. If your default currency is not USD, your account balance will be displayed in both the selected currency and USD.

Sender Settings

  • Sender Names: Disabling custom sender names will prevent Gift Only users from adding new sender names. Users are still able to access any sender names being shared through your Brand Kit.

Recipient Settings

  • Recipient Domain Whitelist: Restrict recipients to email addresses matching these domains.

User Settings

  • User Domain Whitelist: Restrict team members to users with email addresses matching these domains.

Security Settings

  • Display Email Address: If enabled, recipient email addresses will be masked (i.e., j******h@domain.com)

  • Single Sign-On: Allow users to sign in with company credentials. Contact your account manager to change this setting.
