Note: You must be a Super Admin to access recipient whitelist settings.

Why whitelist recipient domains?

By providing recipient domains, you will limit all users in your account from sending digital gifts to email addresses that do not belong to the specified domains. Whitelisting a domain is a simple way to ensure that your account can only send gifts within your organization without having to save each recipient.

How to whitelist a recipient domain

  • Navigate to your account settings and select Admin Settings from the left side menu.

  • Under Recipient Settings, you will find where you can enter your domain to be whitelisted.

  • After your domain is added, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save Changes
