What are recipient reactions?
Reactions give your recipients the ability to show their appreciation for their gift right from the Giftogram redemption site.
When recipients first enter the redemption storefront, they will see a banner at the top of the page where they can select a reaction to send back to the sender.
How to manage recipient reactions
Recipient reactions can be controlled at both the account-wide and campaign level.
Controlling recipient reactions account-wide
To manage reactions across your account, navigate to the Admin Settings section of your account settings and select Recipient Reactions drop-down under Recipient Settings.
Select if you'd like reactions to be Enabled, Disabled, or Allow users to set at the campaign level.
Both Enabled and Disabled will apply to all of the campaigns in your account if selected.
Note: You must be a Super Admin to control reactions account-wide.
Controlling recipient reactions at the campaign level
With Allow users to set at the campaign level selected in your admin settings, you can now control recipient reactions within each campaign.
In the recipients section of your campaign settings, you will find the recipient reactions drop-down, where you can select Enabled, Disabled, or Allow users to select at checkout.
Selecting Allow users to select at checkout will provide users with a toggle to control reactions for each order that is placed.
Where to find your recipient's reactions
A notification email will be sent each morning with a summary of your recipients' new reactions.
To see the reactions your recipients have sent, visit the order details through your account Order History. The top of the order details will include a summary of the reactions you have received from the order.
