How to cancel a digital order
Navigate to your digital order history by clicking the Orders drop-down menu at the top of the page, expanding Order History, and then selecting Digital Order History.
Locate and select the order that needs to be canceled.
To cancel the entire order, use the Cancel Order button on the yellow banner at the top of the page.
To cancel only one gift in an order, use the option button next to the email you'd like to cancel.
Note: Digital Giftograms can only be canceled when they are Pending Review or Pending. Gifts cannot be canceled after the gift has been successfully delivered.
