Automating your Giftograms for new enrollments (smart campaigns)

Automatically send gifts when new recipients are added to a group

Simplify your gifting by automatically sending a digital Giftogram when a new recipient is added to a group. Add recipients manually, or use this feature with one of our many third-party integrations to automatically gift contacts when they are added to a list in your CRM. 

How it works:

1. Create a new smart campaign or edit an existing smart campaign from your Campaigns page.

*NOTE: By default, all new smart campaigns will require admin approval before gifts are sent. This means that if a gift is in the queue to be sent, you and your team admin will receive an email notifying you that the admin must approve the order. These approvals can be found in your team's approval queue. If you do not require approval, simply disable this feature:


2. Select the Automation Trigger, "Enrollment":

3. Configure the gift details (amount, design, and message) and select your recipients. 

*NOTE: The recipient group selected will only receive gifts when new individuals are added. So, for example, if you choose a group with existing contacts, those contacts will not receive a gift. This trigger only works when new contacts are added. We recommend you create the group before you create your campaign. 

Once your campaign is created, gifts will be sent automatically when new recipients are added to the selected group.
