The Spending Summary report provides an overview of your organization’s Giftogram order activity and total spend.
How to find your Spending Summary Report
Select Reports from the main navigation.
Choose Spending Summary.
Understanding your Spending Summary report
This report is available to Super Admins and Team Admins. The results only include the teams and users you have permission to access.
Each row shows:
Order type
Team
User who placed the orders
Number of orders
Total spend in USD
How to filter and export the report
Use Filter by Date to select a date range. For additional options, select More Filters to filter the report by:
Date
Order type
Team
User
After your filters are applied use Export (csv) to download the report for use in a spreadsheet, or select Export (pdf) to download a formatted version that’s easy to save or share.
