Customize your Giftogram email with a logo and brand colors

Brand Kits ensure that every gift reflects your organization’s identity. Each Brand Kit allows you to define your logo, brand colors, and messaging so every delivery feels consistent and on-brand. This makes it easy to create a cohesive, professional experience across teams, departments, and campaigns.

How to Manage Brand Kits

  1. Navigate to Settings in your Giftogram account.

  2. Click Brand Kits.

  3. Edit your default Brand Kit or create a new Brand Kit.

Accounts can have multiple Brand Kits, and each Brand Kit can be associated with specific campaigns—giving you flexibility to tailor branding for different audiences or initiatives.

Make Sure the Correct Brand Kit Is Selected

If your account has more than one Brand Kit or more than one campaign, make sure the correct Brand Kit is selected on the campaign you’re using for your order:

  1. Go to ManageCampaigns.

  2. Edit the campaign you plan to use.

  3. Confirm the appropriate Brand Kit is selected.

  4. Save the campaign.

If you only have one Brand Kit and one campaign, no additional action is needed—the default Brand Kit will be used automatically.


​Preview Your Giftogram Email Before Checkout

When you’re ready to place your order, you can preview the Giftogram email to make sure everything looks correct before checkout. On the right side of the checkout screen, click Preview Giftogram to review the email exactly as your recipients will see it.
