Creating and managing Brand Kits

Brand Kits help you create consistent, on-brand Giftogram emails across your campaigns.

Updated this week

What Are Brand Kits?

Brand Kits allow you to customize the look and feel of your digital Giftograms. With a Brand Kit, you can configure your logo, brand colors, sender names, and messaging so every gift reflects your organization’s identity.

Accounts can have multiple Brand Kits, making it easy to tailor branding for different teams, departments, or campaigns.

How to Create a Brand Kit

  1. Navigate to Settings in your Giftogram account.

  2. Click Brand Kits.

  3. Select Create Brand Kit in the top-right corner.

  4. Enter a name for your Brand Kit.

  5. Click Create Brand Kit to confirm.

Your new Brand Kit will now be available to assign to campaigns.

Managing Brand Kit Settings

Logo
Upload your brand logo to appear at the top of your Giftogram emails. We recommend using a high-resolution .png file for best results.

If no logo is uploaded, a Giftogram logo will be displayed by default.

Email Background Color
Choose a background color using the color picker or by entering a 6-digit hex code.

Email Button Color
Select a button color using the color picker or by entering a 6-digit hex code.

Sender Names

Sender names appear within the Giftogram email and are included in the standard email subject line.

You can create sender names:

  • While creating a campaign

  • At checkout

  • Directly in your Brand Kit settings by selecting Create Sender Name

Your default sender name is automatically applied at checkout. To change the default, select the options menu next to a sender name in your Brand Kit settings.

You can also edit or delete sender names at any time using the options menu.

Messages

Messages can be created:

  • While creating a campaign

  • At checkout

  • Directly in your Brand Kit settings by selecting Create Message

To edit or delete a message, select the options menu next to the message in your Brand Kit settings.
