Using retailer names and gift card images in your company's marketing material

While it's exciting to promote a new employee or customer gift card program, we ask that customers follow our guidelines for using brand names and trademarked materials

Ready to launch your first Giftogram campaign and want to include some brand names in your marketing materials?  Here's what you need to know:

Giftogram is responsible for making sure all campaigns follow specific use guidelines as well as comply with each brand's identity specifications.  If you are planning to use specific gift card images or verbiage to promote your campaign in any form of printed or online marketing, we require screenshots before launch in order to verify that your materials comply with current use guidelines and will not need additional brand approvals. If you are using specific brand names in your message, please use the format in our retailer list here

For example, you would say "Amazon.com" vs. "Amazon" or "Dunkin" vs. "Dunkin' Donuts".

Terms for Using Third-Party Marks:

As customers purchase products utilizing the Giftogram platform, you are granted the ability to use merchant names and logos when describing your offer. The use of such trademarks is for the purposes of marketing and must meet the required brand guidelines available from each respective merchant. These guidelines include but are not limited to, the use of current supplied company logos, names, and terms. The proper usage of merchant trademarks is intended to protect and promote the reputation of the individual brands. Approved assets and guidelines will be supplied upon request. To ensure proper use, all online and printed material must be approved before launch. If Giftogram provides third-party marks, images, or related material, such items shall always comply with third-party mark guidelines as in effect from time to time.

Gift Card Availability:

Gift card campaigns are subject to the terms, conditions, and approvals of the participating brand(s). Gift cards shown in our catalog are updated regularly and are subject to change at any time. We cannot guarantee any specific retailer(s) will be available for the life of any one campaign and we are not liable for damages if any Gift card retailer declines to participate. If a retailer declines to participate in your campaign or is removed for any reason, we will find a similar replacement gift card or product.

Please include this disclaimer in your materials if you are referencing brand names or gift card images:

All product and company names are trademarks™ or registered® trademarks of their respective holders. Use of them does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
