Request a credit card funding increase for your Giftogram account at any time by contacting our customer service team for approval
If you are seeing the message "You’ve exceeded your spending limits" in your account, you can request an increase or send funds via ACH or Wire.
Our team considers credit card increases on a case by case basis. To request a credit card increase in order to deposit funds in your Giftogram account, please provide the following information to our team:
1. Total deposit amount requested
2. Reason for your send including the quantity and denomination for your gifts
