Understanding Smart Campaign start and end dates

Smart Campaigns will begin processing gifts one day after set-up which means your gifts will hitting inboxes right away and not stop sending gifts unless you specify an end date

Smart Campaigns will begin processing gifts one day after set-up.  This means if you have recipients in your list that have a key date the same day (birthday or anniversary for example), they will not receive gifts until the following year.

For best results, set up your Smart Campaigns at least one day before a key date to include those recipients, or send one-off gifts outside of the Smart Campaign. 

To specify an end date for your automated campaign, edit your campaign and enter a date in the "End Date" field:

Note that all Smart Campaigns regardless of the specified end date will need to be renewed annually. You will receive an email with a renewal request which you must approve to keep the campaign running.
