Most credit card deposit requests are approved the same business day while ACH and wire deposits are posted the morning they arrive.

How to check your deposit status

  • Navigate to your balance history by clicking on the wallet icon on the top menu bar and selecting Balance History.

  • Search for your deposit transaction in your balance history. If your deposit is not at the top of your history, you can use the More Filters option to filter your history by transaction type.

  • Check if the status of your deposit is Pending or Complete.

Understanding payment turnaround times

Deposits can be made via ACH/wire, check or credit card. The turnaround for your deposit to be available may vary depending on which payment method you select.

  • ACH/wire: After you initiate an ACH/wire payment, it typically takes 1-3 business days for it to appear in your account. The turnaround time for your payment may vary depending on your bank.

  • Check: Check payments can take 3-5 business days to process from the time we receive your check. Please note that this does not include the time it is in transit.

  • Credit Card: Credit card deposits are typically available the same day you initiate the request but may take up to one business day to process.

Regardless of your payment method, you will receive an email notification as soon as funds are available.
