Most credit card deposit requests are approved the same business day while ACH and wire deposits are posted the morning they arrive
To check on your deposit request status, visit Balance History from your account to see if it is Pending or Completed.
You will receive a notification email as soon as funds are available.
If you've initiated a deposit request, please allow enough time for the deposit to be approved and posted in your account. For credit card deposits, most are approved the same business day. Please email us if you have any questions about the status of your deposit.
ACH and wire deposits will depend on when the funds are sent by you and the the speed of service requested. We monitor incoming deposits daily and post them in the morning.
