Activate or deactivate your physical Giftogram cards when you are ready to use them
Giftogram ships all physical orders deactivated to prevent mis-use. To activate your order, first you must log in to your account.
Once logged in, visit the top navigation and click History > Order History > Physical Orders. Or click the link here.
Next, find the order you'd like to activate and click the "View Order" button to the right of it.
On the order detail page you'll see a section called Manage Activation. This is where you can either Active All or activate some of your order by viewing "Options" and selecting the range of cards.
