Funding your Giftogram account

Securely deposit funds into your Giftogram account to eliminate delays in your digital gifting campaigns. You can also transfer funds or request funds from other members of your team

There are a few ways to fund your account depending on your organization's preferences and your role within the team. Here’s how to get started:

  1. Click on your Wallet icon to display current funds balance to see a dropdown of options. 
  2. In Deposit Funds, enter the amount you would like to add to your account and select how you plan to pay. Choose from Wire/ACH Transfer, Credit Card, or Check.  If you’d like to add a note in the PO/Notes section, it will appear on the invoice that will be created for this transaction.

If you select:

Wire/ACH Transfer: You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to complete this transaction.

Check: You’ll receive an email that tells you where to mail your check.

Credit Card: A credit card deposit may take up to 24 hours to become available in your account.

Once your funds have cleared, they’ll be ready to use right away.

Transferring Funds Between Team Members

Deposit and withdraw funds between team member's accounts. 

  1. Select Transfer Funds from the top navigation wallet icon
  2. Select the team members and amount for the transfer.

You'll receive an email confirming the funds have been added or transferred with the option to download an invoice.
