Organize your users into teams for organizational, reporting, and partitioning purposes
Giftogram makes it easy to share gifting with the rest of your organization. Simply invite team members to gift along with you right from your account settings. Set roles for each team member to provide access to funds, reporting or pre-approved Giftogram designs.
Step by step instructions:
To create a new team, go to your account Settings & Preferences and click on Manage Teams. Next, click on "Create Team":
Next, select the parent team for your new team:
Once you've made your selection, it's time to fill in the details. First, name you team and give it a description:
Select the shared groups for this team as well as the permissions for your Gift Only users:
Next, select any campaigns you'd like to share with this team as well as specific Giftogram designs:
Lastly, decide how this team will pay for it's orders and where they are permitted to ship to:
And that's it! Now you can see your new team from the Manage Teams page and invite users to that specific team when you're ready.
