The "inactive card was attempted" notification email explained

If you received a notification that an inactive card was attempted, it means you may have forgotten to activate your physical cards before handing them out

If you receive an email that an inactive card was attempted to be redeemed, you will either need to activate your cards (if you gave them out before activating) or contact us if you believe this is a case of mis-use.
