Every physical Giftogram card needs to be activated before it can be handed out to your recipients. Unlike other gift cards there are no fees to activate a Giftogram. Card activation simply a security measure to ensure that you have full control over your cards.
How to activate your Giftograms
Navigate to your physical order history by clicking the Orders drop-down menu at the top of the page, expanding Order History, and then selecting Physical Order History.
Click on the order number for the cards you'd like to activate.
From the order details page, cards can be activated in bulk or individually.
To activate your entire order at once, simply click Activate All at the top of the Manage Activation section.
To activate cards individually or by range, use the options button next to the item you'd like to activate and select Manage.
You can then select to activate the entire item by using Activate All or Activate by range to select the specific cards you'd like to activate.
Activation is immediate, so as soon as they show as active in your account, they are ready to be used!
