Changing the email on your Giftogram account

Whether you've had a name change or a change in your company domain, updating your account email address is extremely quick and easy.

How to update the email address used to log into your Giftogram account:

There are four steps to adding your new email address to your account. Inviting your new email address, accepting the invite, updating your new account role to Super Admin, and deactivating your old account.

Invite your new email address.

  • Log in to your Giftogram account using your old email and password.

  • Now that you're logged in, navigate to the Manage Users section of your account settings.

  • On the top right of the page, select Invite Users, enter your new email address, and select Team Admin as the role before adding to the invite list and sending your invite.

Accept the invite.

  • Once your invite is sent, you can log out of your account and head to your new inbox to accept the invite.

  • Accepting the invite will trigger a verification email to be sent to your new address. Locate the verification email and verify your new address.

Update your new account role to Super Admin.

  • With your invite accepted and your new email verified, log out of your new account, and log back into your old Giftogram account.

  • Navigate to the Manage Users section of your account settings.

  • Use the options button next to your new account profile to access Change Role.

  • Select Super Admin as the role for your new account.

Deactivate your Old account.

  • Now that your new account is a Super Admin, you can log out of your old account and back into the new one.

  • Navigate back to the Manage Users section of your new account settings.

  • Use the options button next to your old account profile to access Deactivate.
