Check the status of your orders anytime by viewing your order history.

How to check your order status and tracking

  • Navigate to your physical order history by clicking the Orders drop-down menu at the top of the page, expanding Order History, and then selecting Physical Order History.

  • On the order history page, you will find the status of your physical orders.

    • Processing: The order is received and is in line to be produced.

    • Shipped: Your order is on the way!

    • Delivered: Your order has reached its destination according to the tracking information provided by the carrier.

    • Canceled: The order has been canceled.

  • To link to your order tracking, simply click the order number to open the order details, then click the tracking number on the top right of the page.

Note: You will receive an email notification with a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.
