How to check your order status and tracking
Navigate to your physical order history by clicking the Orders drop-down menu at the top of the page, expanding Order History, and then selecting Physical Order History.
On the order history page, you will find the status of your physical orders.
Processing: The order is received and is in line to be produced.
Shipped: Your order is on the way!
Delivered: Your order has reached its destination according to the tracking information provided by the carrier.
Canceled: The order has been canceled.
To link to your order tracking, simply click the order number to open the order details, then click the tracking number on the top right of the page.
Note: You will receive an email notification with a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.
