Understanding recipient reporting

See if your recipient got their Giftogram or if it bounced

Much like other other gift cards, Giftogram does not provide reporting on whether or not your recipient "redeemed" their gift. 

We do provide reporting on whether the gift was delivered or bounced to the recipient's email.  That information can be found in your account, from the top navigation under Reports > Order History > Digital, or by clicking here: https://app.giftogram.com/orders/digital.

 


In addition, we provide a deliverability report that includes the
response from the recipient's mail server. This may help diagnose any deliverability issues between Giftogram and your company's firewall. To access this report, simply click the more detail arrow in the recipient row:

You can cancel gift cards for a full refund by contacting us, or re-send a gift for up to 60 days with no additional fees.
