Understanding recipient reporting

See if your recipient got their Giftogram or if it bounced

Much like other other gifts cards, Giftogram does not provide reporting on whether or not your recipient "redeemed" their gift.  We do provide reporting on whether the gift was delivered or bounced to the recipients email.  That information can be found in your account, form the top navigation under Reports > Order History > Digital or by clicking here: https://app.giftogram.com/orders/digital.
