Removing a single recipient from a pending digital bulk order

Once you've scheduled your digital order and it is "pending", you can remove individual recipients from your send

To remove individual recipients from a scheduled send, head over to your Digital Order History page for a full list of all digital orders. 
Find your pending order, and click on "View Order" to see the details:

Next, find the recipient and click on the "Options" drop down to the right of their email. From here you can select "Cancel" to remove them from the send:
 
Upon confirming your selection, the recipients status will be updated to "Cancelled":
