Quickly access receipts for any purchase in your account
A receipt for any purchase can be found in your account under “Balance History.”
Step-by-step instructions:
1. First, make sure you are logged into your account. Once logged in, click on your balance in the upper right.
2. Next, click on "Balance History":
3. Once on the page, you will see a full list of transactions, including orders, deposits, and transfers. To narrow your results by date, transaction type, user, or team, filter results by selecting the available options.
4. Select the check box next to the receipt/s you want to download and click the "Download Invoices/Receipts" button.
5. Your receipts will begin exporting, and you'll receive an email when they are ready for download. Once you receive the email, click the link to download your receipts. It will take you to your Export page to complete the downloads. Your invoices will remain here for 20 days.
